Easiest Homemade Bread Tart

Lazy-ing around at home in front of the television and suddenly feel hungry? Studying for a long period of time and want some snacks? Or are you too lazy to cook a proper meal or order take away? Just grab some bread and eggs, throw 'em together, and you get an awesome mix of carbs and protein to boost your energy levels. You can make your own crispy tarts FROM SRATCH!

  1. Cut slices of bread into circles with an empty can.
  2. Use a roll pin and roll over the cut bread to make it flatter, but not too flat until all the air inside the bread has been rolled out.
  3. Line baking pan or use a non-stick pan (6 holes or more). Press a bread inside each hole, add ingredients as desired. You can add eggs, cheese, sausages, ham, parsley, or anything that is edible.
  4. Bake until golden brown.
  5. Serve your own crispy 'tarts'!

How To Make the Easiest Oyster Sauce Noodles Ever

Why buy instant oyster noodles when you can make your own? Just saying, this is one of the best, easiest recipes for those who like to stay at home and are lazy to go out to eat! I used to cook this at home when I was younger. It is de-li-cious (and lite)! And you don't need to stir-fry it!
;)

The color comes out somehow like this, but darker. And of course, the toppings depend on what you put.
P.S Picture does not belong to me.

Ingredients
Desired amount of dried noodles (this is what I usually use, but you can use other noodles if you think the taste will not be bland, but I recommend noodles with a smaller diameter and a springy texture.)
Oyster Sauce
Thick Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil
Vegetables, eg kailan, choi sum etc (if desired)

Steps to Follow
  1. Cook noodles accordingly. Different noodles need different cooking time.
  2. Shift noodles onto a plate. Don't bother using a strainer, because you will want a little water when you mix in the sauce.
  3. Add in a fair amount of oyster sauce, thick soy sauce, and about a teaspoon of sesame oil. You can mix and taste.
  4. If it is too bland, add some more sauces. If it is too salty, add in some water from the noodles (or drinking water if you poured it away).
  5. Add cooked vegetables or raw vegetables like lettuce to decorate and make your meal more 'nutritious'. :p
  6. Serve!!
