Nightmare

Five men are looking for me. Their deep voices are muffled by their masks. They are wearing black clothes, contrasted by the bright white colour of their masks. Each mask had two thin slits as eyes, with a huge protruding lump as the nose. Huge, thick lips were painted on the cardboard to make the wearer more intimidating, and it has achieved its purpose. Long blades hang from their hips, reflecting the dim yellow light of the room.
I know that this is just an irrational dream, but I am scared. I tremble under the bed, hoping that they will not find me. My heart is racing at a hundred miles per hour, and it is pounding so loudly in my ear that I was sure that the men can hear it. I steel myself, and peek out from under the bed. I can hear that two of them went downstairs, one in the bathroom next door, one in the study room opposite my bedroom, and one more, standing right beside my bed.
I freeze when my leg accidentally hit the metal leg of my bed when I try to move. I cringe at the slight reverberation of the hard steel. The person beside my bed tensed and his exposed ears perk up, trying to pick up any following sounds to detect my whereabouts. I hold my breath, too afraid to inhale. After a few moments that feels like hours, his stance relaxes, and I let out a silent sigh. He sits down heavily on the bed. I peek out again.
A man walks in the door and I quickly retract my head. I was not quick enough and the man caught a glimpse of me. I can hear him whispering to the other man. Their footsteps are coming closer and closer. I pinch myself, trying to wake up, but to no avail, I still remain stiff under the creaky bed. This is not a dream!
  I am doomed.
